How to Prepare for the SBI PO Psychometric Test
Candidates can follow this method to prepare themselves for
the psychometric test, scheduled to be conducted for 31 October 2026:
- Answer
honestly: Select responses that reflect your actual behaviour rather
than what you think the bank wants to hear.
- Read
each statement carefully: Words such as “always” and “never” can
change the meaning of a question.
- Maintain
natural consistency: Avoid contradictory responses, but do not force
answers simply to match earlier choices.
- Practise
sample statements: Use practice sets to become familiar with
personality-based questions and improve concentration.
- Reflect
on real experiences: Think about situations involving teamwork,
ethical decisions, mistakes and workplace pressure.
