2026: Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur has released Advertisement
No. IITJ/OR(NF)/2026-27/64 for the recruitment
of various Non-Faculty positions on a regular basis. Eligible Indian
citizens can apply online for posts including Assistant Registrar, Counselor,
Medical Officer, Assistant Manager (ICT), Web Programmer, Junior
Superintendent, Senior Assistant and Junior Technical Assistant.
A total of 20 vacancies are available across Group A, Group B and Group C posts. The online application process started on 01 October 2026, and the last date to submit the application is 30 October 2026. IIT Jodhpur Non-Faculty Recruitment 2026 Qualification
Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree in any
discipline with at least 55% marks/equivalent grade and the prescribed
supervisory-level experience, including experience in a Centrally Funded
Technical Institute.
Counselor: M.A. in Psychology and Graduation in
Psychology with at least 55% marks in both degrees, along with the prescribed
counseling and clinical experience. Computer application proficiency is also
required.
Medical Officer: M.D./M.S. in an appropriate branch, or
MBBS with the prescribed postgraduate diploma and experience, or MBBS
with internship and at least 4 years’ experience in a recognized hospital.
Assistant Manager (ICT): Relevant Master’s degree
with minimum 55% marks and 2 years’ relevant experience, or B.Tech./B.E.
in the relevant field with minimum 60% marks and 5 years’ relevant experience.
Separate experience requirements apply for System Administration and
Networking.
Web Programmer: Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Application or equivalent with minimum 55% marks and at least 3 years’
experience in web designing and website maintenance.
Junior Superintendent: Master’s degree with 55% marks
and 3 years’ relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 55% marks
and 5 years’ relevant experience, along with computer literacy.
Junior Technical Superintendent: Master’s degree in
CSE/IT/Computer Applications with 55% marks and 3 years’ relevant experience, or
B.Tech. in CSE/IT with 55% marks and 4 years’ relevant experience.
Senior Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
with 55% marks and 3 years’ relevant experience, along with computer literacy.
Junior Technical Assistant: B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. or
equivalent in Computer Science/Computer Applications/IT with 50% marks, or
3-year Diploma in the relevant field with 55% marks plus at least 1 year of IT
administration experience.
IIT Jodhpur Non-Faculty Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The maximum age varies according to the post: 45 years
for Assistant Registrar and Medical Officer, 40 years for Counselor, 35 years
for Assistant Managers/Web Programmer/Junior Superintendent/Junior Technical
Superintendent, 30 years for Senior Assistant and 27 years for Junior Technical
Assistant. Age relaxation is applicable to eligible reserved categories
according to the prescribed rules.
