CSIR UGC NET December 2026 – Apply Online

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the public
notice for Joint CSIR-UGC NET December 2026. The examination will be
conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for determining eligibility for
Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor and Ph.D. admission in
Indian universities and colleges. The online application process starts on 07
October 2026 and the regular application window closes on 05 November
2026.

Qualification
Candidates must have an M.Sc. or equivalent degree,
BS-MS, BS (4 Years), B.E., B.Tech, B.Pharma, or MBBS degree from a
recognized university or institution, as applicable to the relevant subject and
eligibility criteria.

The CSIR-UGC NET examination will be conducted through Computer
Based Test (CBT). The examination is used to determine eligibility for Junior
